But for all round entertainment value, L'Oceanogràfic certainly takes some beating. This impressive aquarium complex (the biggest in Europe) has themed areas as well as a large outdoor pool that houses the Dolphins (shows daily).
The aquarium themselves are underground and some feature glass tunnels allowing you to walk through as the fish swim over the top. If you fancy lunch or dinner, there's also a very interesting underwater restaurant!

Just completed is the huge Arts Palace which offers multiple auditoriums for the presentation of opera, ballet and theatre. This new facility will put Valencia on the Spanish cutural map. EMT bus services stop right outside.
