The Apartment is available for weekends, shortstay, weekly and monthly rental. The minimum period is 3 days. A deposit is required for damages/breakages either 300 euros cash or a U.K. cheque with valid banks guaranteed card for £200. The cost of repairing damage, replacing breakages and any cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit and only balance returned.
Proof of I.D. is required at time of entry to apartment i.e. Passport or I.D. Card ( for Europeans)
