It's worth remembering that in Spain this practice isn't the accepted norm as in the UK. If, however the property has been on the market for a while, or we consider it over-priced then it could be a different story. Our advice would be that it's always worth a go, but don't risk losing a good house by making repeated offers markedly below the asking price.
