There are two full time residents nearby, both farmers (one of whom ploughs the plot twice a year for a nominal fee) and some regular weekend visitors. Some of the other houses are used by locals to store olives and almonds during the harvest period.

The small town of Villar del Arzobispo is 10 minutes by car and provides all day to day amenities including supermarket, bars, bakeries, DIY store, doctor, cafes and 2 excellent restaurants. Drive time to Valencia approx 45 minutes though recent road improvements should cut this down slightly. You are also just an hour from the ski resorts of Valdelinares and Javalambre. We consider a car is essential.

For the money we believe this house represents a fantastic buy and with the current availability of low cost flights is particularly suited for long weekends and holiday use. What a great place to un-wind from the stresses and strains of city life!!
