Heating for the house is supplied via wall mounted gas heaters and the property has two water supplies, one from the town mains and a separate commercial supply for garden use. The Finca is fully registered with the local land authority and all legal documents are in order.
The Property is a short distance by car to the attractive old town of Javea and a five minute drive to its superb Blue Flag beaches and port. Javea is a high quality resort catering mainly for visitors who rent villas. Whilst there is an established ex-pat community, it still retains a very Spanish feel and there are many traditional fiestas throughout the year. Providing you have an income, it is most definitely suitable for living year round, and with an average of 320 sunny days a year, you can understand it’s appeal. For those with children, Javea boasts two International British Schools catering for all ages and offering GCSE and A level courses. The town is equidistant from both Alicante and Valencia Airport, with a drive time of around 1hr 20 minutes.
