We have teamed up with a reputable construction company to offer you a bespoke design and build service.
It is possible to construct anywhere within our area from Alicante, Costa Blanca up to and around Valencia City with build times from just 4 months. The packages are flexible in as much as you can choose your own plot (our partners can help you find the land) or if you already have a plot, they will offer a build only service.
Prices are from just €166,800 for a 3 bed, 2 bath detached villa excluding the land, pool and taxes. Modifications can be made to the existing designs included in the price (for example changing room distribution). If you have your own vision for a dream villa they can also create and build a 'one off'. Prices for this are by quotation.
