This is an area, which in my opinion, is often glossed over by commission hungry agents. Here at Valencia Estates we take this part of the
selection process very seriously. After all, the only clients we want are satisfied ones!
When looking at property think very carefully about what you actually intend to use it for. Don't just look at the house, look at the bigger
picture. Local amenities, services and transport links are very important factors to consider.
For example a villa that might be ideal as a weekend retreat or holiday let, may be totally unsuitable for year-round living. What could
well be an idyllic spot during the day, may be lonely and isolated at night, even more so during the winter months.
It's also very easy to be seduced into buying something purely on a value for money comparison to the UK. Try not to fall into this trap.
